Why Choose Jonny
Building your dream home should feel effortless, not overwhelming.
Most families trying to build custom homes face a fragmented process: architects do not talk to contractors, contractors do not talk to designers, budgets spiral, timelines slip, and the vision gets diluted.
The Carter Selection integrates every part of the process, from design and construction to materials and finishing, so your vision stays intact from the first conversation to keys in hand.
What We Build
One vision. Every part of the property.
Home, pool, outdoor living, turf, courts, and the details between them, all planned to feel like one complete place.
How We Work
Our Process
Discovery
We start with a conversation about your vision, your lifestyle, and what home means to you. No pressure and no pitch. Just listening.
Design & Planning
We collaborate with your architect or connect you with ours. Every material, finish, and detail is reviewed before we break ground.
Pre-Construction
Permits, engineering, and scheduling are handled with precision. You will receive a clear budget, timeline, and scope before work begins.
Construction
Our job sites are clean, organized, and on schedule. You receive weekly updates with photos and a direct line to your project lead.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room together. Every punch list item is addressed before we hand you the keys to a home built exactly as promised.
